  • Review platforms: we share your name, email address, and order reference with Trustpilot A/S after you complete a purchase, so that Trustpilot can send you an invitation to leave a review. Trustpilot acts as an independent data controller for its processing of this information, and its handling of your data is governed by the Trustpilot Privacy Policy, available at trustpilot.com/privacy

  • Legal and safety purposes: if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers

  • Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

Each service provider is only given the information necessary to perform their function and is required to handle it securely.

4. Payment Information

Information shared with Trustpilot is retained by Trustpilot in accordance with its own retention practices, as set out in the Trustpilot Privacy Policy.

7. Marketing Communications

If you opt in to receive marketing emails or SMS, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing will not affect order-related communications (e.g., shipping confirmations) or a one-off Trustpilot review invitation sent following a purchase, which you may decline or opt out of directly through Trustpilot.

Because Trustpilot acts as an independent controller for its own processing of your information, requests relating to data Trustpilot holds directly (for example, a review you submitted) should also be directed to Trustpilot.

Being based in Australia we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (such as encryption in transit and restricted access controls) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

If we or our service providers store or process data outside your country of residence, we take steps to ensure it is protected in accordance with this policy and applicable law. This includes Trustpilot, which is headquartered in Denmark and processes data internationally in connection with its review services.

11. Children's Privacy
