These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website grainboundary.com.au and the purchase of products from our online store.   • We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, materials, and dimensions accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, or the natural characteristics of materials such as titanium and stainless steel.

  • Product descriptions, images, weights, and specifications are provided for guidance and may be updated without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation apply to that order.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card, Afterpay/PayPal/etc.).

  • We use third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe, Paypal) to handle transactions securely. We do not store your full payment card details.

  • In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • A contract of sale is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee stock availability.

  • If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
